STRETCHING:
Lots of it.
Shoulders, hips, hamstrings, quads.

STRENGTH:
3X8 Deadlift
*focus on FORM over weight.

CONDITIONING:
With a Partner
5 Rds:
10 Power Snatch (95/65)
20 Burpees
30 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
*reps may be apportioned as needed, but only one athlete may work at a time
