WOD 8/30/16 and LABOR DAY BBQ/SWIM PARTY

Are you a member of CFM? Cool. Come party with us. Here are the details:

When: Monday, September 5th from 12 noon – 4pm.
Where: DeJager Residence
What to bring: A Side dish, some drinks, swim trunks and towels
What not to bring: a bad attitude

Front Squat 3×3, Climbing
Back Squat 3×3, Climbing

CONDITIONING:
12 Min Ascending Ladder

2 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
2 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20 for everyone)
4 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
4 Burpee Box Jump Overs
(increase reps by 2 every round)
