Friday – all classes as scheduled (12 WODs of Christmas!)
Saturday (Christmas Eve) – Closed
Monday Dec 26 – Open gym from 8am-10am, and from 3pm-5pm

WOD 12/22/16
Strength:
Bench Press
10-8-6-4-2-1, Climbing to attempt a 1RM

Conditioning:
40 Cal Row, then
15-12-9-6-3
Power Snatch (95/65)
*25 Double Unders after each round of Power Snatch
**Advanced Option = add a round of 18 Power Snatch and 25 Double Unders directly after the row, then complete the workout as prescribed
