Conditioning –
4 Rounds of:
3 Min Work, 1 Min Rest
10 Handstand Push Ups
50ft Walking Lunge
50 Double Unders
*the idea is to SPRINT each interval, knowing you have 1 min rest coming soon! Pick up each new round exactly where you left off from the previous.
