WOD 11/7/17 – and the 5k run is OFF!!

HEADS UP! Our Fall 5k is cancelled :/ – seems that daylight savings time has stolen all the light from our evening classes, and management has decided it might not be 100% safe to run in the dark. So tomorrow, come to your regularly scheduled class for some regularly scheduled programming!

ALSO, please sign up for our Annual Holiday Throwdown! This will be a friendly (AND competitive!) in-house competition on December 9th. We want to have as many athletes there as possible. More details to come soon, but for now, SIGN UP!!
