Here’s the plan for tomorrow –
All classes will be doing this workout (yes, there is a scaled version). Except for the 5:30 class, which is cancelled tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Doors for FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS open at 6pm, Standards and workout briefing at 6:45, and heats begin at 7pm. This is a 20 minute workout, so we will need every heat full, and will need to stay on time 🙂
