Strength –
5×3 Back Squat, Climbing
*yes, we did the same sets and reps last week. Your goal for today is to KEEP the numbers from last week. If you beat them, bonus. Remember, during open season we are looking to maintain, not necessarily make tremendous gains 😉

Conditioning –
12 Minute AMRAP
12 Pull Ups
9 Deadlifts (205/155)
6 Handstand Push Ups
