Mobility sesh – calves, hammies, quads, hips

WOD: with a partner, alternating movements
8 total rounds for time
10/8 Cal Row
10 Goblet Squats (70/53)
10 plate G2O (45/35)
5 Burpee over KB
1 D-ball to shoulder (as heavy as possible)

Dballs will be communal, right in the middle of the room. First come, first serve!
