If you missed Friday, today is officially the last day of #OPENSZN. We will be coordinating make ups and re-dos of 18.5 all day today. We are (thankfully) returning to regular programming this week – holistic training that will make you better at everything. We will be squatting and cleaning and snatching more consistently, and with specific intention, and we are pretty dang excited about that.
