“Half Strict Murph”

For Time:
800m Run
50 Strict Pull Ups
100 Push Ups – Perfect
150 Air Squats
800m Run
*Wear weight vest if possible,but must have perfect positioning.  Reps may be divided between movements as needed, except must start and finish with run.  Prioritize stability and ROM over speed or volume.
