Deadlift x 5 Reps w/ 3 second descent on each rep.

*between rounds, perform 20-30 seconds continuous V-ups. Rest as needed.

Conditioning

250m run
100′ walking lunge w/single dumbbell overhead
20 push ups – perfect
20 dumbbell snatch
