30 Seconds ME Russian Twist, Rest
30 Seconds ME Shoulder Touches, Rest
30 Seconds ME V-Ups, Rest

Then, 4 Rounds:
a) Bench Press x 10 Reps
b) Farmer Carry x 150m

Conditioning
20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
30 KB Goblet Squats (70/53)
20 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Auxiliary
5 Minute Continuous walking Sled Drag – Heavy
