50 Jumping Back Squats (45/35)

50 Calorie Row

4 Rounds:
a) Dumbbell Bench x 8 Reps
b) V-Ups x 20 Reps
c) Pinch Plate Hold x 30 Seconds (both Hands, or alternate)
* Sub Dumbbell Chest Flys if you did the auxiliary work from Monday.
