A 10-Course Meal, CFM Style…

30 minute AMRAP:

10 Push Ups
10 Hip Extensions
10 Cal Ski (or row)
10 Cal Bike (or row)
10 Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
10 Goblet Squats (50/35)
10 Pull Ups
10 Wall Balls
10 Burpees-to-target
250M Run
