*for those unprepared to attempt a max, perform 6×2.

Conditioning:
3 Rounds:
20 Box Step Ups
15 Perfect Push Ups
8 Power Cleans (155/105)
3 Inside Laps

Auxiliary

3 sets of Tempo Dips x 8 reps (3 second descent, 3 second hold @ bottom, 3 second press, 3 second hold @ top)

*add load if possible
