Reminder: Classes will run on our regular schedule today.
We are planning to finish the Open with our final FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS event next week.

Open Workout 19.4:

3 rounds:
10 power snatch (95/65)
12 bar facing burpees

Then, 3 minutes rest, then

3 rounds:
10 bar muscle ups
12 bar facing burpees

*12 minute cap
