Back Squat
4 x 8, starting at 65%, climbing

Conditioning
10 Rounds:
25 Double Unders
5 Bar Facing Burpees
2 Deadlifts (275/185)

Auxiliary
3-4 Rounds:
a) Single Leg Split Squat x 6 Reps each leg
b) Double Handle Bent Row x 10 Reps
c) Dumbbell Hammer Curls x 10 Reps (minimal rest between b & c)
