1 x 6 @ 70%
3 x 5 starting at 75%, climbing if possible

Conditioning
Alternating  EMOM x 12 Minutes
a) 250m run
b) 5 Deadlifts
c) Dumbell Shoulder to OH x 8 each side

Auxiliary
Pull Finisher
Midline Finisher
