a) Dumbbell Bench Press x 8 reps
b) V-Ups x 8 – 15 reps

Conditioning
3 minutes:
500m row, then ME power snatch (135/95)
3 minutes rest
3 minutes:
400m Run, then ME wallballs
3 minutes rest
3 minutes:
500m row then ME Push Ups
3 minutes rest
3 minutes:
400m Run, then ME Jumping Back Squats

Auxiliary
Push Finisher
