Conditioning
With a Partner,
A) Max Squat Cleans in 3 Minutes (135/90)
B) Max Strict Pull Ups in 3 Minutes
C) Max Strict Handstand Pushups in 3 Minutes (scaled: perfect pushups)
D) Max Toes-2-Bar in 3 Minutes
E) Mile Run For Time (both partners)
No rest between intervals
-One partner works at a time
