Our classes consist of a warmup, skill-work, WOD, and cool-down.  Each Class will be an hour or less.  Please arrive early if you would like to do extra skill-work, mobility work, or extra warmup.

Monday-Friday (regular CrossFit classes):

*No 6:30 PM classes on Friday Evening.

Foundations Classes:

For new members – We host Foundations Classes during our regular class times, but they must be by appointment.  Our most available times for appointments are every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 AM and 6:30 PM.  You must first confirm an appointment with a coach before you attend each class.  Contact Us to get scheduled.

Saturday:

8:30-10:00AM – OPEN GYM
This is the only “Open Gym” session of the week.  Come get some practice with your Olympic lifts or make up some work that you missed earlier in the week.

*Try out a free Team WOD!  Often, the first Saturday of each month is Bring-A-Friend day where you’ll be able to work out along with your CrossFit Friends.  Sign ups are mandatory, so Contact Us to let us know if you’re coming, or if we are hosting a Team WOD that week!

Sunday: Closed – Rest Day

Learn and play new sports.  Throw, run, swim, ride, kick, or shoot.

CrossFit

Our Core Program is pure, simple, CrossFit.  CrossFit is constantly varied high intensity functional movement.  This means weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and calisthenics.  All of our CrossFit memberships are unlimited.  We want you to come as much as you can.  You may come to whatever class you chose, and may come as often as you want.

CrossFit Boot Camp (Formerly CrossFit Lite)

CrossFit Merced’s Boot Camp classes will be based on the same principles that make CrossFit the most effective fitness methodology in existence.  It will be, however, scaled to entry-level standards, which is different than our regular CrossFit classes.  Our goal is to teach you how to use your body the way it was designed to move by using some of the same functional movements we do in our CrossFit classes.  Don’t worry, there is no CrossFit experience necessary.  We will be starting with the basics, using progressions of the movements at a moderate learning rate.  If you are a fit, fast learning athlete, and you think that you’d be better suited for regular classes, please send us an email and let us know.  If you’re like the rest of us, our Lite class will be your perfect intro to CrossFit.

Your CrossFit BootCamp membership gives you unlimited access to our Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 7:30 PM classes.  We prefer that  you make it to every class so you don’t get behind.  We understand that life happens, and sometimes you won’t be able to make it for one reason or another.  We’ll try our best to catch you up on what you missed.

The BootCamp classes will start with a warmup at 7:30 PM.  We prefer that you show up on time so that you don’t miss out on the warm up. There is no need to come too early, as there is a 6:30 PM CrossFit class that will not end until 7:29.

Be ready to move around a lot.  Wear athletic shoes that fit your feet – we prefer flat, non-cushy shoes.

The classes will be challenging.  Our style is this: Show up, work hard, have fun, make friends.  You don’t have to be an elite athlete to do CrossFit, but you have to be willing to give it your all.  We hope you use this CrossFit Lite class as an opportunity to give yourself a fit and healthy sustainable lifestyle.
