Our Core Program is pure, simple, CrossFit. CrossFit is a constantly varied high intensity functional movement. This means weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and calisthenics. All of our CrossFit memberships are unlimited. We want you to come as much as you can. You may come to whatever class you chose, and may come as often as you want.
